Booking Terms
• 100 % payment is to be made for international packages before 31 days of departure date, failing of payment on deadline may cause delay in the services from supplier end which may include voucher/services.
Package Cancellation Policy:
Land Package (Hotel + Transportation except airlines/cruises) 31 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost 30 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost 19days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost Cruise and flight cancellation policy is as per cruise liner/airlines, kindly ask the sales person, as its on request.

No booking has been made, confirmation is based on as per availability. As your travel agent, we provide selection of hotel options based on availability and your preferences.

• Please note that we do not have control over aspects such as hotel staff behavior, food quality, or other service-related issues, and therefore cannot provide guarantees in these areas.

• Air fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking. Hotel. and land package voucher will be issued only after full payment is received before deadline as per booking terms. This ensures all bookings are secured and your itinerary is finalized without any delays and your preference. Certain popular sightseeing tours and activities require advance payments to secure your reservations due to high demand. Delayed payments may result in sold-out tickets or unavailability at the last moment, for which Sky Travel Expertz cannot be held responsible. We strongly recommend prompt payment to avoid any inconvenience and to guarantee your spot in these experiences.
• In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the hotel/ground handler policies.

Sky Travel Expertz will not accept any responsibility for additional expenses incurred due to the changes or delays in air, road, rail, sea or indeed any other causes, all such expenses will have to be borne by passengers.

Beautiful. – Startingfrom1stJune 2024onwards, USS re-entry will be ceased. -From1stJuly to 30November 2024, S.E.A. Aquarium and Dolphin Island will be closed for both Tuesday & Wednesday. -S.E.A. Aquarium and Dolphin Island will be closed for the whole month of December.
Special Request:
Any Amendment In Itinerary Will Be Accommodated If Intimated 96 Hours Prior To Arrival In Singapore. Strictly No Amendments Can Be Done For ongoing File , I.E. Passengers on ground. Any special request such as early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability upon
arrival and solely depends on hotel discretion. Bedding is subject to availability at the time of check-in. We can only pass remarks to the hotel. There will be no Honeymoon freebies provided, unless confirmed by hotel in writing.

• Mid-night Surcharge applicable from 11pm- 07am; on private transfers: SGD20 per vehicle
• Maximum Vehicle waiting time shall be 05 minutes for SIC and 10minutes for Private.
• SIC stands for Seat-in-Coach i.e., Guests will share the vehicle with other tourists staying in different Hotels. So SIC Guest, may have to wait for Vehicle upto 45mins. Generally, SIC Transfers operates as per fix Scheduled.
• PRIVATE(PVT): Guests dinothere to share the vehicle with other tourists, Maximum waiting time is 5 –10 minutes
• DISPOSAL: Private vehicle at your service for transfers, chargeable on hourly basis irrespective of the running or waiting time.
• No Amendment Done for On Going Tour.
• Please note that Sentosa Island and Night Safari tour cannot be changed as tickets once issued has to be utilized on the same day. Any date change will be subjected to availability and additional charges to be borne by the passenger.
• Any unused Tickets/Services is Non-Refundable.
